Celebration of David's life to take place at Gloucester Crematorium on Friday 6th October at 1pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of David for Cancer Research UK and Ward 9B at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital (cheques payable to Cheltenham + Gloucester Hospitals Charity) may be left on the day.
